工作說明：: 1.Responsible of the Grocery assortment of our supermarket store (12 stores currently) in high expansion. Define what are the products to be released and stopped because of the market evolution. (categories to push, items number target, innovation, low-rotation analysis)

2.Monitor the commercial performances of the assortment in order to increase the sales and margin and satisfy more our customer’s needs. Is doing frequent performance review of the assortment and is a real support to improve our commercial performances

3.Make proposal and decide with the Sales Development the selection of the products for our main commercial operations: DM, Loyalty programs, Redemption activities, Seasonal event, Specific commercial operations

4.Participate actively to the commercial and marketing annual communication plan

5.Participate actively to each opening in order to adapt the offer and the communication locally (define assortment, local products, promotions for opening DM).

6.Benchmark competition and make market survey and participate to tradeshows to discover and notice what are the main consumption trends and apply them through innovative assortment in our stores
