Directly Reports To The GM With Team Leadership Scope

About Our Client

Our client is a pharmaceutical MNC with leading brand names in personal care categories. As of 2015, it had a market capitalization of ￡73 billion, the fourth-largest of any company listed on the London Stock Exchange. It is now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their brand team to success in their Taiwan branch office.

Job Description

* Plan and implement the activation plan for new campaigns/product launches on the approved marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales team for the responsible category/products in the market.

* Closely monitor on the market/channel performance, analyze variations from plan and recommend and implement remedical action as appropriate.

* Control and optimize marketing expenditure within agreed limits and agreed upon plans.

* Execute and evaluate all local marketing activation programs at trade level.

* Understand the overall purchase path & provide shopper insight to sales team for category development and support all shopper activation.

* Lead the cross functions collaboration such as sales, regulatory, demand planning, logistic etc. to push through the process to ensure the integrated execution of the plans.

* Manage and drive the good quality of agency work for BTL activities.

* Experienced in new product launch and driving large scaled communication campaign at trade level.

* Good understanding of modern trade and drug store practice.

* Sensitive to the OTC market/compliance requirement.

The Successful Applicant

* BA/BS required; major in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or related fields

* At least 5 years marketing experience within FMCG/OTC industry specializing in personal care category, with proven track record of achievements

* Working experience in MNC, Top 500 or health care company or FMCG industry in related marketing fields are preferred

* Must have demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking expertise.

* Must have demonstrated outstanding people leadership capabilities.

* Demonstrates strong internal influence skills across the organization able to influence senior management decision making, experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders-local / Area teams;

* Strategic planning and strong analytic skill

* Excellent communicator and active listener

* Coaching and counseling skills

* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements (e.g. country specific promotion guidelines).

* Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office

* Proficiency in English/Chinese
