工作說明：

This marketing manager needs to design, implement, and execute the marketing plan, including propose marketing strategy and budgeting plan, control spending, make reports and documentations etc. Work with company to achieve yearly sales target through marketing. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in mobile marketing, partnership management as well as strong leadership, communication and management skills.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Strong knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem and infrastructure, from Google play to device, from developer to users.

- Excellent communication and contacts with mobile ad networks, and 3rd party of game developers.

- Devise, measure, and monitor criteria for successful campaigns, new media, new promotion channel with a focus on ROI and testing plan.

- Collaborate with BA and reporting team, to design and execute new channel, ad network testing plan and assumption to achieve ROI.

- Study and open to culture and marketing difference with target countries, ex: ID,TH,PH,IN,EG….. most countries are south Asia and middle Easter countries.

- Strong understanding of App distribution flow, from Ads to Google play. From natural search to App naming, screenshot design to A/B test.

- Identify and cooperate with partners to conduct the plan

- Deliver on monthly and quarterly downloads on target, to achieve sales and profit targets.

- Passion for Mobile Apps, heavy mobile game players, enjoy playing new Game, doing QA , debugging, and being willing to share.

- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to present recommendations and plans to senior management.

- Excellent negotiator. Proven analytical skills and quantitative mindset.

- Fluent in English written, verbal and communication skills.

- Highly motivated team-player and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Special Skills: Background in digital marketing and knowledge of database marketing a plus.
