工作說明：

1. Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of the Business/IT strategy, current practices and system capabilities.

Understand the business issues and data challenges within corporate services and recommend solution to the best interest of the business and strategic IT deliveries.

2.Work collaboratively with regional & global teams, as well as with local users.

3. Provide guidance and oversight to the development team on the requirements and deliverables.

4. Collect, analyst and prepare user requirements.

5. Conduct gap analysis, and provide detailed functional specifications.

6. Coordinate and handle user acceptance tests.

7. Manage activities for project delivery to the business within the agreed timeframes with high levels of quality.

8. Report to team manager the project progress and highlight critical potential issues.

9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently under high pressure environment.

10. Manage external software vendors and internal clients.

11.Diagnose technical issues and work with vendors to resolve system issues.

附加條件：

1.5+ years’ solid experience in project management and SDLC.

2. Minimum of 4 years‘ working experience as IT business analyst analysis / consulting - writing functional requirements and gap analysis.

3. 3-5 years of experience in Java, J2EE, SQL knowledge is required.

4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

5. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization skills.

6. Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese is a must.

7. SharePoint and Oracle ODI experience is a plus

8. Good understanding of financial products will be a plus.
