工作說明：

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience working with electro-mechanical medical devices and/or consumer products. The individual interfaces with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance and also works with outside suppliers and resources to deliver projects according to schedule and within budget.

This position affords a unique opportunity to use engineering and project management principles to deliver a multitude of new products as well as enhancements and extensions to existing product lines.

Examples of Typical Activities:

?Generate and monitor project schedules

?Generate product Specifications and Requirements

?Work with Asia-based design firms and resources

?Provide feedback to design team(s), making necessary adjustments to meet plan.

?Work with internal project teams (quality, regulatory, marketing, sales) ensuring all functions reach consensus on design, enabling deliverables to be met.

?Help realize the launch plan; ensure that all the requirements are met so the product can go to market.

?Perform/oversee test and validation plans.

?Help oversee supply chain issues (ensuring suppliers have all materials required for production).

?Learn how to ensure projects meet appropriate regulatory requirements (US FDA, CE mark, UL etc.).

Required Experience:

?BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years related experience which must include:

oWorking with Asia-based design firms and resources

oDesign of plastic injected molded parts, electro-mechanical systems, etc.

oCAD design (Solid Works preferred)

Highly desirable/preferred experience:

?Exposure to the medical device industry working with Class I and II products

?Negative Pressure Pumps or delivery devices

?Regulatory experience to include FDA, UL, CE, ANSI and ISO

?Consumer products experience (Biomechanical, Human Factors, etc…)

?Experience with the International Suppliers (Asia)

Required Technical Competencies

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?Verbal and written English proficiency.

?Preliminary Project Management Skills - ability to set project plans and meet key milestones on time

?Computer skills- MS Office Suite, CAD/Solid Works

?Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
