工作說明：

1.Make the department mass plans

2.Work in relation with brand managers to offer the best products layout and display.

3.Manage the stocks accurately.

4.Provide and train the team of the customer service policy.

5.Be the Store duty manager once a week: opening and closing of the store, handling cash flow and customer/staff safety and security.

6. Negotiate with companies/sport organizers for receive group orders or conclude partnerships.

7.Organize a sport event for the customers once or twice a year.

8. Know and analyze the market (customers’ needs, competitors), work with the brand managers and retail suppliers to offer the best products ranges and prices in the store.

9.Train them, assign missions, supervise, manage individually (half day per month with each team member) + collectively (sportive team meeting once a month), help in the development of career plan and promotion.

10.Recruit own team-members (full time and part time sales assistants).
