工作說明：

We are looking for an experienced Floral Manager who is willing to join and lead a dynamic and friendly floral team in a prestigious casino resort in Macau.

In this role as a Floral Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Floral Department. Main responsibilities included but not limited to managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, and coordinating floral arrangement for different department, outlets and events needs. You will ensure the high standards of quality by inspecting all front-of-house floral arrangements are met.

發展遠景：

The ideal candidate for this Floral Manager role will have solid commercial floral experience, preferably with previous experience working in a similar 5-star hotel setting. Good product knowledge of both Western and Asian flower design, Wedding flower design, color harmony and new experimental design styles. Creative, with special attention to details, ability to work under pressure and handle multiple work assignments and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills, able to lead and mentor a team. Able to effectively communicate in English and Chinese, in both written and oral forms.

We are looking for a professional Floral Manager with degree in Design or related discipline; with Horticulture & Gardening and/ or Flower Design related certificate is preferred.
