2.Manage a team of R&D engineers working on UDN solutions for 5G

3.Hire and build team to the planed size with extremely competent engineers from local and international market

4.Guide the team in the development of solutions for 5G UDN

5.Create an open work environment to encourage people to new levels of creativity

6.Review and evaluate technical contributions/solution from other Research the market for solutions already available

7.Develop innovative new problem solutions

8.Write standardization contribution when applicable

9.Write patents

10.Present solution to management and on public symposiums

11.Evaluate the performance of the team members
