工作說明：: New client implementation

· Be responsible for all new systems and business implementation timelines and tasks

· Gather, analyze/research, and formulate data and process flows for projects with moderate to high levels of complexity

· Coordinate production implementation efforts with user community and IT

· Write business requirements for moderately complex projects

· Design and execute test plans for projects, new features, new products and systems with expected results based on the modifications and design.

· Manage and perform the post-implementation reviews

Operation system enhancements

· Gather, analyze/research, and formulate data and process flows for daily transaction

data and projects

· Analyze processes, interface and sub-system problems for adaptive or corrective changes.

· Identify opportunities to improve or gain efficiencies within our system applications

and/or the department

· Recommend and implement system enhancements that promote efficiency,

compliance and growth

· Communicate requirement to development team

· Drive and lead UAT testing, provide user signoff

· Provide system training or support to end users

Business requirement definition

· Interpret business, compliance, and financial needs for moderately complex projects,with little or no background information

· Lead customer sessions and interviews to gather requirement and define data flows.

· Define and document business requirements and project charters including systems scope and objectives

· Communicate business requirements to development team, ensure IT understanding of requested project objectives and the accuracy of their technical documents.

Analysis/Solution Generation

· Research moderately complex problems and issues base on system documentation,

operation processes and data analysis

· Provide production assistance and support – resolves system issues.

· Implement temporary solutions to problems when appropriate, and recommend system solutions alternatives.

· Assess impact of proposed business solutions on current systems and procedures.

Risk Management

· Reports promptly to a line manager any perceived new risks or failure of existing controls
