工作說明：

Key Responsibility

1. Direct accurate and timely update of the SAP MPS/MRP system to support weekly and daily production and supply chain scheduling.

2. Inventory levels monitoring, being pro-active in coming up with solutions to minimise inventory

3. Manage capacity plans and identifies out of balance line capacity. Recommends adjustments to insure optimal throughput and cost efficiencies.

4. Manage the weekly and daily dispatch schedule, and maintains priorities to achieve 100％ customer on-time deliveries, and production throughput efficiencies.

5. Lead material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control activity to insure efficient material movement, storage, and accurate inventory records.

6. Manage excess and obsolesence (E&O) through careful materials planning and PO management and negotiation with the suppliers.

7. Monitor program launches, and product changes. Implements countermeasures and adjusts planning systems to avoid any line down.

8. Customs declaration. Manage import and export logistics to comply with local rules and regulations

9. Transportation & Shipping management. Cost control of the logistics operations.

10. Develops materials planning staff to insure maximum team work, and technical capability in executing daily planning and control responsibilities.

11. Leads development of goals and objectives for the department to develop team work, motivation, performance metrics, and align with overall Suzhou strategies.

12. Performs other projects, activities as required to support the SHT operations.

Requirement

1. At least 10 years of materials management experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

2. A working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, warehouse shipping and receiving, ERP planning systems.

3. Deep knowledge and experience in the factory, materials planning and purchasing process with having knowledge in SAP as an added advantage.

4. Strong people skills and the ability to be a strong team player

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Strong mathematical and analysis skills required.
