工作說明：: The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Responsibility 1 – System Design and Implementation

(1)Design the system infrastructure for the Audatex applications based on

business needs

(2)Implement the company‘s applications on the designed system infrastructure

(3)Work standard

Performance is measured by the stability and availability of the systems

Optimized resource usage

Responsibility 2 – Capacity and Security planning

(1)Execute capacity planning for the supported applications

(2)Guarantee security of the system infrastructure by proper design and

continuous analysis of new threads

(3)Work standard

System response times are within SLA, no security incidents

Responsibility 3 – Troubleshooting

(1)React on incident reports received from support, the monitoring system or

other channels

(2)Provide feedback to development based on observations or

(3)On-call depending on the application needs

(4)Work standard –

Time to respond on incidents and requests (depending on severity level and

time of day or day of week)

Responsibility 4 – Automation

(1)Automate common tasks in order to improve efficiency and quality.

(2)Support Operations if automating complex tasks

(3)Work standard –

Successful execution and monitoring of common tasks

Working Relations - RD Development, Operations, International Support

(1)Work closely with the RD Development Team to provide feedback and get

support from Development Engineer and Testing Engineer in order to

efficiently track down problems.

(2)Work closely with Operations Team to request infrastructure resources and

support in automation.

(3)Work closely with International Support Team to direct exchange of status of

applications, common problems or tracking of problems.

Our client’s platforms drive efficiency at every stage of the vehicle life cycle, providing essential data and services around vehicle history, electronic titling, service and maintenance, collision repair estimation and valuation, fraud detection, parts procurement, vehicle disposal, insurer re-underwriting, and more. Our client is currently operating in 36 countries, covering most developed and developing countries in the world.; Recently, our client has formed a SMR Group and would like to position their client as the global thought leader and premier provider of Comprehensive, end-to-end Automotive Service, Maintenance and Mechanical and Collision Repair (SMR) solutions. To support the mission fulfillment in SMR Group, our client is establishing an Innovation Team in Taiwan and is seeking for an IT Senior System Engineer(Infrastructure Role).; POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE; As a member of the SMR group, the IT Senior System Engineer in System Infrastructure team will design and implement the system infrastructure for the company‘s applications, maintain and troubleshoot applications, and automate common processes within the company‘s application infrastructure, etc. to support the RD Development Team, and Operations Team to deliver the products on time.; REPORTING RELATIONSHIP; Report to Head of System Infrastructure based in Zurich; IDEAL CANDIDATE; The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:; Must have:; -At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering; -Expert knowledge of system architecture and design; -Expert knowledge of multi-tier web base applications and technologies; -Expert knowledge in system and process automation, scripting; -Basic knowledge of system monitoring; -Basic knowledge of networking; -Fundamental Certification on operating systems or products maintained (Linux, Windows, VMWare…); -Hands on experience as IT System Engineer in similar environment; Good to have:; -Basic knowledge of java; -Basic knowledge of virtualisation technologies; -Basic knowledge of SQL databases; -Basic knowledge on system documentation; -Basic knowledge of storage systems; -Minimal project management skills; -Advanced certifications on products used such as Citrix, VMWare, Linux, Windows, Oracle etc.); EDUCATION; The ideal candidate should possess at least University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
