工作說明：

1.Setting policy, strategy, and implementation of overall direction for all Quality functions and programs – including Quality Assurance, Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Reliability, and Customer Quality.

2. Oversee system audits, as appropriate to ensure the Quality System maintains compliance to standards, process audits, torque tool calibrations, layouts, troubleshooting, inspector training, customer issues calls, warranty issues, claim processing and resolution of customer dissatisfaction, support of problem resolution, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

3.Contribute to organizational performance – Implement projects that produce business results; Maximize business/unit/group financial results through personal accomplishments and influence.

4.PPAP Qualification analysis – Oversee the coordination and validation of PPAP documentation received from suppliers; oversee QE’s coordination and analysis of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, CPK studies and GR&R gage studies; oversee QE’s disposition First Article (FA) inspections done by inspectors.

5.Ongoing quality trend analysis – Direct and oversee gathering of data, maintenance of long-term studies, Pareto analysis for both components at suppliers and assemblies in-house. Direct team to use data to troubleshoot production quality problems, and subsequently drive team to resolution of issues. Assist Manufacturing Engineers to reduce production process variations and waste reduction through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.

6.Maintain documentation and records – Lead staff to prioritize, operate and coordinate company‘s quality portal

7.Component Inspection – For high-difficulty components, unclear spec, or new components, advise on visual, dimensional and destructive specification.

8.Coordinating APQP development activities across multiple suppliers – Assist QEs and SQEs in developing best-in-class supply base; lead effort to define quality checkpoints clearly for suppliers to achieve quality goals and for sourcing engineers to reduce cost and lead time.
