工作說明：: 職責要求

◎Deliver effective care to children served in clinic and remain knowledgeable of current academic advancement in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics.

◎Effectively share information regarding advancement in clinical management and education.

◎Participate in programs designed for improvement of different physical, developmental and social-emotional functions in children and keep consistent with the goals and mission of the clinic.

◎Communicate job specific concerns and participate in developing possible solutions.

◎Provide training to junior clinicians and supervise interns as required.

◎Work closely with foreign-licensed and local health care providers to provide multi-disciplinary team care of children with special needs

◎Complete written medical records in Chinese along with the electronic medical records in a timely manner and comply with the Chinese Health Care Laws.

任職資格

◎Possess professional medical degree (e.g., Doctor of Medicine) and complete pediatric residency and fellowship training in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics or 5 years experience in DBP

◎Minimum of 10 years experience in clinical practice with at least 5 years of clinical teaching/training experience

◎Thorough knowledge of the theoretical principles and clinical applications employed in the primary care of various pediatric diagnoses and conditions

◎Expertise in a range of developmental and behavioral assessments

◎Specialized practice in developmental-behavioral conditions of children

◎Strong people skills and customer service experience

◎Fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, ideally with English communication skills

◎Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Board Certification
