工作說明：

? Maintaining communication with customer to acknowledge the case, understand the scope of the issue and its severity, and acquire necessary job-site/ application information.

? Maintaining communication with management on the severity and cost impact of the quality cases.

? Identify root cause and suggest necessary corrective and preventative actions.

? Prepare non-conformance report to explain root cause and proposed corrective/preventive action.

? Escalate product risk and concern to manager, and maintain communication across Risk Management, Engineer, Quality Council, Supply Chain and Legal when necessary.

? With common consensus reached or with management approval, provide necessary feedback on investigation result over the quality issue to our customer. Arrange return and compensation when necessary. Aim to ensure an overall customer satisfactory.

? Manage and control the timeline of the RMA investigation, aim to close each of the RMA cases within 30 days.

? Perform follow up audit to ensure the implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
