工作說明：

1.Develop long-term HRD strategy and annual plan as well as ensure the effective implementation to achieve short and long term HRD objectives.

2.Conduct training needs assessment, organize and develop annual training plan according to competency model and HRD strategies.

3.Plan and implement talent management program to ensure each key position has its qualified successor.

4.Develop and execute HRD objectives, policies & procedures.

5.Serve as consultant to identify problems and opportunities to improve performance, enhance service delivery.

6.Design an accurate training budget, analyze and control training cost to meet the budget.

7.Coach and develop subordinates, equip employee to perform their best in job, prepare for the future career.

8.Provide assistance and consultancy to management regarding HR related issue.

1.University graduate or above, majored in HRD, Training , Education or MBA is a plus

2.At least 5- year experiences in HRD field, multinational company and management experiences are preferable

3.Good communication and presentation skills, excellent in MS office Solid HRD knowledge and experiences Good in planning and well organized Good communication /Interpersonal skill Team player

4.Good command of written and spoken English is must

5.Able to align company strategies and HRD strategies, adapt to change and quick provide solutions
