工作說明：

職責要求

1.Create development program plan working in collaboration with customers and internal team. Manage program plan to ensure key milestones are achieved on time.

2.Document detailed agendas, meeting minutes, and action items from key cross-functional meetings.

3.Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity, and influence and implement continuous improvements to the process.

4.Define and report on program development process status, issues and success metrics.

5.Provide work direction, training and development to other cross-functional team members.

6.Define and Use tools to support the process.

7.Estimate work efforts for the team and manage resources accordingly.

8.Work closely with the Directors and VPs to understand priorities, influence decisions, propose solutions and ensure success of key priorities.

9.Engage and oversee the work of external vendors.

10.Develop and negotiate product specifications with customers.

任職資格

1.Education: Advanced Degree in Engineering and preferred Physics, Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience, preferably 1-2 years as program manager

2.Working knowledge of Program/Project Management ideally in a cross-functional technical delivery capacity

3.Working knowledge of LCDs, optics

4.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment

5.Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders

6.Detail and action-oriented self-starter

7.Strong English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skills
