ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Our client is one of the world’s fashion brand-name cosmetics marketers worldwide, especially in Asia. To cope with their business growth and uphold their leadership position in Taiwan market, they are seeking for a Public Relations Specialist 公關行銷專員

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The incumbent reports directly to the Marketing Manager of Taiwan.

Job responsibility

1.Developing and managing communication between organization and its key publics to establish, manage, and maintain the branding for a strong

and ongoing market.

2.Responsible for media relations and preparation and release of newsworthy information. Arrange interviews with print and broadcast media and

represent the company with these organizations. Coordinate all press releases.

3.Design, arrange, perform, and supervise the various public relations events to retain customers and to attract potential customers.

4.Support to held product launching ceremony and prepare dispatch for mass media.

5.Managing programs of annual sales activities, ceremony sales activities, public relations activities, corporation’s branding activities, etc.

Ideal candidate

1.At minimum 2~3 years work experiences of public relationship, preferably in fashionable products, retail industry, or boutique related field.

2.Familiar with public relations events operation.

3.Good at writing dispatches which are to be made public.

4.Good at communication skills to work with team members.

5.Be able to develop good connections and maintain well relationships between organization and its key publics.

6.Demonstrated ability to learning, taking responsibilities, and handling pressures.

7.Be independent and people with active, energy, and aggressive.

8.Average level English is required.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience.
